Gareth has lost friends to suicide and now runs his own organisation Wood For The Trees raising money for mental health support.  He talks about how to have conversations with a friend who is struggling and he discusses the importance of talking to our kids about how they feel.  Gareth talks about why men in their 40s and 50s are particularly affected by mental health issues and why goals are important, what works and helping people understand their own warning signs.  His last message is about getting help.
